How to start trading with QENREX

By the QENREX Team · Educational guide

QENREX is automation software for forex and related CFDs: you connect a broker (or practice on demo), choose GRID or DCA, and let bots follow the rules you set. Funds always stay with the broker — QENREX runs the strategies and order logic under your plan.

You can practice on the built-in virtual demo first, then connect a partner broker when you are ready to trade with real funds. Take the demo seriously: the goal is to learn bot behaviour before risking capital.

How to choose a strategy

Start with market character, not with the flashiest preset. GRID and DCA solve different problems.

GRID

GRID suits ranging or choppy markets. Levels buy and sell inside a price envelope so the bot can capture swings without constant manual entries. Use wider spacing and Conservative presets when you are learning; dense Aggressive grids need more margin and stronger filters.

DCA

DCA suits a directional plan: staged entries as price moves, with capped steps and take-profit. You pick long or short, then control step distance, volume growth, and max steps. Uncapped averaging is the main risk — always keep a hard step ceiling.

Begin with an AI Preset (Conservative is safest for beginners), then open Customize parameters once you understand fills, floating P&L, and how stops behave. Read Trading strategies: GRID / DCA in Help for more detail.

Step-by-step guide to start trading with QENREX

Step 1: Download the QENREX app

Install QENREX from the App Store or Google Play. Use the official store listings linked from this website’s App / Download pages.

Step 2: Sign up

Create an account with email or the available social options. A built-in demo with virtual funds typically opens automatically so you can explore bots safely.

Step 3: Choose your preferred broker

When you are ready for live trading, open Accounts and pick a preferred partner broker (for example Exness, XM, or Vantage where offered). Pro plans can also connect additional MT5 brokers manually.

Step 4: Create a broker account

Open or log into the broker account and complete the broker’s KYC / verification as required. QENREX cannot skip broker compliance steps.

Step 5: Select a trading account

Choose the trading account you want to automate (live or broker demo). Confirm server / login details match what the broker shows.

Step 6: Choose a payment plan and activate your account

Pick an QENREX subscription that matches how many accounts and bots you need, then activate. Plan limits (accounts, bots, broker options) are shown in Pricing / the in-app paywall.

Step 7: Create a bot

Go to My Robots → Create bot. Select GRID or DCA (or TradingView-linked flows if you use chart alerts).

Step 8: Choose your strategy settings

Pick the asset and investment amount. For DCA, also set direction (long/short). Apply an AI Preset or open Customize parameters for spacing, levels/steps, TP/SL, and filters.

Step 9: Set up and start your bot

Review the summary screen carefully, then start. Watch the first fills on demo or small size before scaling investment.

Track the robot’s performance

Use Accounts / My Robots to watch open, pending, and closed orders, plus P&L for the bot. Compare behaviour to what you configured — if fills are denser than expected, stop and widen spacing or lower investment.

Bot orders

Bot orders are created and managed according to your strategy rules. You can inspect individual legs in the bot detail views. Do not manually fight the same positions at the broker without understanding how that interacts with the bot — when in doubt, stop the robot first.

How to stop the robot

Open the bot → Options → stop. Stopping ends new strategy activity for that bot; remaining funds for that trading account stay with the broker. You can adjust parameters or create a new bot anytime.
