Deleting your QENREX account removes app access and associated bot setups after the cancellation window. Stop active bots and pending trades before you start.
Steps
- Open Settings in the QENREX app
- Go to Account
- Press Delete Account
- Confirm by pressing Delete Account again
Seven-day cancellation period
After you start deletion, you typically have seven days to cancel by logging in and choosing Cancel Deletion. If you do not cancel, the account is permanently removed along with trading strategy setups, bots, and settings.
