With an QENREX Pro subscription, you can connect trading accounts beyond the featured partner list — including brokers you add manually — as long as the account uses a MetaTrader 5 (MT5) server.
Step 1: Open Connections
In the QENREX app, go to Settings → Connections. This is where you manage broker links.
Step 2: Add a new account
Tap Add New Account.
Step 3: Choose manual connection
Under All Brokers, select Manual Connection.
Step 4: Pick your broker
Scroll the list and select your broker. If it is not listed, scroll to the bottom and choose Add My Broker to enter it yourself.
Step 5: Enter credentials
- Broker name (required when using Add My Broker)
- Server name or IP
- Account login
- Password (broker or trading account password, depending on the broker)
You can usually find login and server details under Account Details / Accounts on the broker’s site or app. Only MT5 servers work with QENREX — the server name typically indicates MetaTrader 5.
If you pick a listed broker, suggested servers appear automatically — choose the one shown in your trading account settings. If your server is missing, enter it manually or contact support to have it added.
Step 6: Connect
Tap Connect. Setup usually finishes within a few minutes. If it fails, re-check credentials and try again.
Step 7: Confirm
When connected, the account appears on the Accounts page and you can create bots against it. Need help? Contact support from the app or the Support page on this site.
